Hi,
I suffered severely from taking an SSRI. I quit taking it November 2006 and still today, February/2008, I am still having issues.
I took it for 2 years and then found out these drugs are usually ok for short term use.
My brother in law which is a doctor told me this after he found out I had been taking it.
I still to this day have falling episodes and the center of my brain feels a lot of discomfort.
My balance is bad and I feel like it is hard for me to get in touch with my spiritual side.
I am a christian and this has been so difficult.
When I went off the drug I shook like I had Parkinson's. My blood pressure shot up to 206/116 and I still have difficulty with it. I never had any problems before.

Also a word of warning, never quit these drug cold turkey.
